Elaina turned 6 months on Monday the 2nd. I look at her and wonder where that baby went that I brought home, she is growing way too fast! She is at such a fun stage though. Learning and discovering her world. Her personality is coming out in her too which is fun to see unfold. She loves to play with her feet and hands, they fascinate her. It is so fun for me to watch her discover her surroundings and self. Only with her feet and hands is she in continuous awe with. She'll play and watch them over and over and never tire of them, it's hilarious to watch her.
I never did get her first cereal up on here because the computer crashed right after I got this going but here's a recent picture. Her first cereal she sat in her bouncer seat, a month and a half later, here she is sitting up on my bed eating her cereal [which she loves!] So big!
I put Elaina in her crib to play while I cleaned and did laundry. I finished our room and went to change the laundry only to come back to find her sitting playing with her toys and talking to her crib pals. It was SO stinkin cute, I of course had to grab my trusty camera...lol
Marcus LOVES being a big brother. When we got home from me picking him up for our Wednesday date with him we found Manny was making us breakfast, Elaina was still sleeping in her crib. Marcus ran right down the stairs to her crib. After saying hi to Manny, I went downstairs to change and check on them, Marcus was peering into her crib talking up a storm, Elaina of course was just beaming and talking back. I lifted him up into her crib and while giggling at me doing this Marcus says, "Don't tell Daddy Jana, I'm in Elaina's crib, Hehehe." He thought it was too funny. It was too cute, he was being so sweet with her as always so I grabbed a snap shot! He just hugs on her and smothers her with kisses. You would never know he gets to see her so little, they're best friends.
When playing with her buddies on a Sunday night, Aunt Jessie caught the intrigued look she gets when she finds her hand at the end of her arm. I LOVE IT! It kills me!
This was a day Jessie came over to help with Dewey when he got out of the hospital. She loves playing with her cousins [and their toys!]
She has the most beautiful eyes and hair! She definitely ended up with the best of both her parents!! ;)
