Spring Fever

Here's a picture of my youngest sister [Jessie] and I - we are photo happy fools, stopping to pose imbetween having family pictures taken...haha

Spring Time Adventures...

First time in the swings...
Manny put his arm and was trying to get her, she responded right away with reaching out for his hand...it was really sweet, this is where she started giggling out loud and a lot.\"/
Having Fun

Enjoying the wind in her hair...
Ready to go for a walk [ride] with Mommy and Daddy. She talked a good part of the way telling one story after another....
We decided to take advantage of the perfect spring weather and went on a nice walk on my jogging route...we stopped at the park to let her swing for just a minute [we were there the day before with all her cousins but the swings were too busy]. Elaina wasn't sure about it to start with and then loved it, she was giggling really loud towards the end...so fun to watch her.

Easter 2009

It was Marcus' turn to spend Easter with his mom so we didn't have them this year...here are a few pictures of Elaina in her dress and with her little buddies and one with the Bunny at South Towne Mall. We had a really nice dinner up in Syracuse at my brother's house and the kids had fun with Easter Egg hunts and playing games.
Yes Ang and Jess, I am an "Elsey"....but cute eh?

Elaina soaking up the sun...
Experiencing the grass on bare legs for the first time!!! Not too sure of it!

Here's one of the two of them....LOVE Jaxon's cute grandpa smile!

Jaxon, Elaina, and Justin on Easter Sunday. My best attempt to get a happy picture of them together, after Justin tipped back - it was all over...after Elaina got changed though there wasn't another opportunity to get the three of them, but this one makes me smile.

She caught her hands! Still loves to chase her hands and feet.

Our little blue-eyed 'dolly'...

Elaina with the Easter Bunny. We were out shopping on a spur of the moment one weekend [we didn't have Marcus this weekend].....there was no line so Manny said let's just have her sit on the Bunny's lap, I said, "Babe, do you know me at all, it's her first Easter if she sits on his lap then I have to have a picture for her scrapbook. I'm glad we did though because we never got back to the mall with Marcus. She was too intrigued with her new surroundings to smile, she tugged at his bow tie a few times but I think she looks like a little doll sitting in the Bunnies arms.....

Here are some pictures of Elaina...I couldn't get pictures off my new memory card to down load so until I get it to work [and make the time to do it] here are some newer [and older] ones of Elaina. She is growing and learning so quickly! She's been sitting up since 5 months on her own, at 7 months she would do a half of a roll but wouldn't go all the way and then all of a sudden a few weeks back she pulled herself from the middle of our bed to the night stand to get something she wanted. Since then, she rolls all over the place...as for Mom, it's fun for me to watch her grow and learn and interact more with her environment and with us...I'm enjoying and savoring these last few months of her being 'little,' soon she'll be crawling and walking and soon my baby will be a toddler!

Here are some pictures of Marcus' 3rd birthday [finally.] We had a lot of fun. One Wednesday a few weeks before his birthday when I picked him up for our Wednesday date I asked him if he wanted to go to the zoo or to the Aquarium to see the fish...he chose 'the fishies!!' So, we took him and Elaina to The Living Planet Aquarium in Sandy for his birthday. He saw an Octopus, sharks, got to pet a sting ray [although his arm was too short so he got half his body wet, but it was worth it!] He got a new friend, a stuffed shark, "Gill." He chose Cafe Rio for dinner [big surprise, and ate like a horse.] Then we went back home where he got to play with part of his cousins. He had such a nice family birthday party too! He is so blessed to have so many people who love him SO much! Happy 3rd Birthday ese! WE LOVE YOU!
